We've stayed at this location a few times, and it's been an overall pleasant experience. The properties are well-maintained and clean, with comfortable amenities. However, there have been some issues with construction noise and debris in the past, which can be a bit of a nuisance. The staff is usually responsive, but there was one incident where they were uncooperative and refused to provide a refund for a damaged unit. On the other hand, we've also had some great experiences with the staff, who have been friendly and helpful. The location is great, being right on the beach and with plenty of amenities nearby. However, the noise from the construction and the occasional overcrowding of the beach can be a bit of a problem. Overall, we'd recommend this location to others, but with some caveats. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is generally friendly, but be aware of the potential issues with construction and overcrowding.
