The location is a convenient spot for travelers and recreation lovers, offering a range of services including car rental and RV parking. The address is Building 3715, Crystal Springs Rd Road, Zephyrhills City, and the phone number is +18137783791. One can easily find a parking spot, and the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. However, it seems that not everyone is satisfied with the quality of service they receive. The co-branding with Sandollar Rv Park might suggest that it's a reputable establishment, but there are still some issues that need to be addressed. Some customers have reported difficulties with communication, with one person stating that they never received an estimate for a repair job and another person feeling misled about their age and dog. On the other hand, most reviews praise the friendly people and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the location seems to be a decent choice for those in need of a place to stay or rent a car, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues. The quality of the services provided is a major concern, and the pricing is not transparent. The innovativeness of the location is also not clear.
