The business location of Sanctuary Medicinals has a welcoming atmosphere, with a great selection of products and competitive pricing. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, with many customers praising their helpfulness and expertise. The dispensary is well-equipped, with amenities like Wi-Fi and wheelchair accessibility. The management is responsive to customer concerns and actively engages with customers. However, there are a few issues that have been reported. Some customers have experienced inconsistent product quality, with some products being subpar or not as described. Additionally, there have been instances of miscommunication and misunderstandings with staff, which can be frustrating for customers. One customer reported having a product with a defective batch number, which was not addressed promptly. Another customer experienced being call-blocked after trying to return a product, which led to further complications.Despite these issues, the majority of customers have had positive experiences at this dispensary. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, and the products are well-priced. The dispensary has a strong reputation in the community, with many customers returning due to their satisfaction with the products and service. To address the issues, the dispensary could improve its product quality control and communication with customers. They could also provide more clear information about their return and exchange policies to avoid misunderstandings. By taking these steps, they can further enhance their reputation and provide an even better experience for their customers.
