SMC Tampa is a mental health therapy practice that offers a range of services, including anxiety and trauma therapy, couples counseling, and teen therapy. They have a boutique style approach and provide hope, growth, and healing to their clients. The practice is wheelchair accessible and has free parking options available. However, some clients have reported issues with billing and communication, including being charged incorrectly and having difficulty getting a response from staff. Additionally, some clients have reported feeling disrespected and not receiving the necessary accommodations as a disabled person. Despite these issues, the practice's goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for their clients. Overall, the practice seems to have some areas for improvement in terms of communication and customer service.
