Sampson Auto Spa provides expert paint protection film (PPF) services in St. Petersburg and Tampa. The company has a high reputation, as evidenced by the numerous 5-star reviews from satisfied customers. The staff is professional, attentive to detail, and always punctual. Many customers appreciate the convenience of the mobile detailing service, which can come to their location. Some customers have reported that Bryan, the owner, is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He is happy to explain the detailing process and answer any questions customers may have. The company also seems to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, with some customers mentioning that they were able to get their cars in and out quickly despite having a busy schedule. However, there was one negative review from a customer who had a bad experience with Sampson Auto Spa in 2023. The customer reported that Bryan's work was not satisfactory and that they felt taken advantage of. However, it's worth noting that this review was from over a year ago, and the company has since taken steps to address the issue and improve their services. Overall, Sampson Auto Spa seems to be a reliable and trustworthy company that provides high-quality services to its customers. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a great choice for anyone in need of auto detailing or PPF services.
