The business has mixed reviews, with some customers expressing satisfaction with the services and others experiencing issues. The overall score is above average, but the quality score is below average, indicating some inconsistencies in the work performed. The pricing score is high, suggesting that the business is competitive in its pricing. The innovativeness score is high, indicating that the business is open to new ideas and ways of doing things. However, there are some red flags, including a review from a customer who felt that the company was not transparent about its prices and another customer who reported a negative experience with the company's customer service. One major issue that stands out is the inconsistent quality of work. While some customers have reported high-quality work, others have reported issues with the quality of the work performed. This suggests that the business may have a quality control issue or that the quality of work is dependent on the specific employee or subcontractor working on a project.Another issue is the lack of transparency about prices and the permitting process. Several customers have reported being surprised by additional costs or fees that were not clearly communicated upfront. This lack of transparency can be frustrating for customers and can damage the business's reputation. The business has a good reputation overall, but there are some concerns about the quality of work and the transparency of pricing and the permitting process.
