The business location has an overall good reputation with clients who have given mostly positive reviews. The majority of clients have praised the optometrists and staff for being patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Many have mentioned that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that clients receive the best possible service. The selection of frames and lenses is also praised for being excellent and affordable. The only issue that some clients have encountered is with the customer service, with a few clients complaining about rude behavior from some staff members. However, these incidents seem to be exceptions rather than the rule. Overall, the business location appears to be well-run and committed to providing good service to its clients.
