This business location is perfect for those who need to shop for various items, including tools and hearing aids. It's situated in a convenient location, making it easy to access. The business is wheelchair accessible, both in terms of parking and entrance, which is a great feature for customers with mobility issues. The working hours are reasonable, with Tuesday to Friday and Saturday available for customers to shop in-store, pick up online orders, or have curbside pickup. However, it's worth noting that the business is closed on Mondays and Thursdays, which might be a drawback for some customers. The staff at this location seems to be knowledgeable and friendly, as mentioned by several customers. They offer expert exams and are able to help with various hearing aid issues, including repairs and moldings. The business also seems to be professional, with Don being mentioned specifically as a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. One potential issue with this business is the availability of appointments, as it's mentioned that it's busy on weekends. It would be helpful if the business could provide more information about appointment availability and wait times to help manage customer expectations.Overall, this business location seems to offer a good selection of items and expert services, but it's essential to plan ahead to ensure that you can access the services you need.
