The business is a well-established and highly-rated boat tour and fishing charter service located in Crystal River City. With a perfect overall score, it's clear that customers have had a consistently excellent experience. The quality of the service is extremely high, with customers praising the cleanliness and comfort of the boat, as well as the knowledge and professionalism of the captains. The pricing of the service seems to be reasonable and competitive, as customers don't mention any concerns about cost. In fact, some customers even mention that the value for money is exceptional. The service is also very innovative, with captains like Ricky Murphree offering unique experiences such as scalloping trips and inshore fishing excursions.Overall, this business seems to be a top-notch operation that consistently delivers an excellent experience for its customers. The only potential drawback is that some customers may have difficulty getting in touch with the service, as the phone number is not available 24/7. However, this is a minor issue and does not detract from the overall excellence of the service.
