Salon West is a great hair salon with a variety of services offered. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and was seen promptly. The salon is clean and well-organized. However, one of the stylists I had, Faith, seemed a bit inexperienced and made a mistake with my hair. She was very apologetic and tried to fix it, but it still wasn't perfect. Overall, I would give Salon West 4 out of 5 stars. The only issue I had was with the service and the mistake made by the stylist.
