This business location seems to be offering a wide range of beauty products and supplies, including salon equipment. The description suggests that the store caters to professionals in the beauty industry. Unfortunately, it appears that this store has some significant issues. From the client feedbacks, it's clear that the store has had problems with customer service. Some reviewers have mentioned that the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacks knowledge about the products they are selling. One reviewer even described their experience as a "train wreck." This is a major concern, as beauty supply stores rely heavily on knowledgeable staff to make informed purchasing decisions. It's also worth noting that this store has been closed, according to one reviewer's feedback. However, it's unclear if this is a permanent closure or a temporary one.One positive aspect is that the store has a variety of products at competitive prices. However, this may not be enough to outweigh the issues with customer service.Overall, this business location seems to have significant room for improvement, particularly in terms of customer service.
