The Sailport Waterfront Suites has a unique location with waterfront views, a pool, and free airport shuttle. Suites have private balconies and kitchens, which is a great feature for families or couples. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been some issues with customer service, particularly with late check-out requests and complaints about cleanliness. One major issue with the hotel is the cleanliness and maintenance. Several guests have reported finding roaches, mold, and mildew in their rooms, and some have even had to deal with plumbing issues like clogged toilets and no running water in the kitchen. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges the prices it does.On the other hand, the hotel's location is a major plus. The views of the bay are stunning, and the pool and bar area are great for relaxing. The hotel is also convenient to several attractions in the area. However, the hotel's condition is a major concern. It's clear that the hotel is in need of a renovation, and the staff seems to be struggling to keep up with the demands of running a hotel. Despite the friendly staff, the hotel's poor condition and lack of attention to cleanliness make it difficult to recommend. If you're considering staying at the Sailport Waterfront Suites, be aware of the potential issues with cleanliness and maintenance. If you're looking for a hotel with a great location and nice views, this might be a good option. However, if you're looking for a clean and well-maintained hotel, you might want to look elsewhere.
