Sage Residences on Gulf of Mexico Dr Drive in Longboat Key City offers an upscale living experience, but it comes with a price. The location boasts stunning beachfront views, with floor-to-ceiling glass in residences ranging from 4,100 to 4,300 SF. The property has a swimming pool and wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, making it suitable for those with mobility needs. Staff is described as friendly, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. The issues arise when some residents disregard public property lines, treating the beach in front of their property as exclusive. This behavior can be quite unpleasant for those who simply want to enjoy the beach.Overall, Sage Residences seems like a good option for those seeking a luxurious living experience on Longboat Key.
