After living in Sabal Palm for some time, I got used to a good level of maintenance and assistance, but it can vary greatly depending on the individual maintenance workers and office staff. Overall, the maintenance team seems to be quite capable, but sometimes the office staff can be slow to respond to issues. The property is clean and well-maintained, but there have been instances of mold and water damage due to poor drainage. The prices are relatively high, but the convenience and amenities make up for it in some people's opinions. One significant issue that I experienced was with management's response to a maintenance request, which left me without a functional dishwasher for an extended period. Another issue is that management can be slow to address issues related to the complex's overall infrastructure, such as drainage problems.
