This community and civic organization is located in a convenient spot at Building 4650, Sabal Harbour Dr Drive, in Bradenton City. The address seems to be easily accessible for most visitors, with on-site parking and wheelchair accessibility features such as a parking lot and entrance.
The community has a high rating of 4.0 and the reviewers generally praise it. The pool is very big and not crowded, according to one reviewer, which could be a nice feature for residents.
However, there is one notable issue that was mentioned by a reviewer, who had a very negative experience with the HOA leadership. They were publicly shamed and disrespected by the HOA's leaders, which is not an ideal situation for any community. The reviewer also stated that the neighborhood itself is great, with friendly neighbors, but the HOA is not living up to its potential due to its leadership.
Overall, this community has some nice features and a good location, but the leadership of the HOA is a concern.
