I visited this condominium complex, located at Building 8325, 72nd Ln E Street in Bradenton City. The first thing that struck me was the presence of a swimming pool, which is a great amenity for residents. The complex also has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, which is a welcome feature for those with mobility issues. However, the experience of the residents was a different story. From what I gathered, the HOA is quite strict and unfriendly towards the residents, often fining and towing their cars without any rhyme or reason. This has led to a parking situation that looks like a used car lot, which is not only unsightly but also inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the HOA's policies seem to favor some cars over others, creating an unfair environment.Despite the high price point, residents don't seem to get much in return. The complex's exterior appears run-down, and the noise from the squeaking gate near the south exit can be a nuisance. It's clear that the HOA needs to revisit its policies and work towards creating a more welcoming and fair environment for its residents.
