S & R Towing is a well-regarded business in Sarasota City, providing reliable roadside assistance and wrecker services to the community. With a wide range of services, including towing, auto wrecker, and road assistance, this company has made a positive impact on the lives of many customers. The business operates 24/7, ensuring that customers receive assistance whenever they need it.One notable aspect of S & R Towing is its commitment to customer satisfaction. Multiple customers have praised the company's friendly and professional staff, who go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Many reviewers have mentioned that the company's drivers are courteous, efficient, and take great care of their vehicles. This level of customer service has earned S & R Towing a reputation for being a trustworthy and reliable business. However, there is one issue that stands out - occasional service cancellation without notice. In one instance, a customer experienced a long wait and was eventually told that their tow request had been cancelled, leaving them stranded. This is not ideal and could have been handled better.Overall, S & R Towing appears to be a solid choice for those in need of towing or roadside assistance services. While there may be some room for improvement, the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and reliability is a testament to its dedication to providing excellent service.
