S & R Appraisals Inc is a real estate service located in Land O' Lakes City, specializing in residential and commercial property appraisals. The company has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, making it convenient for clients with mobility issues. However, the quality of service seems to be a concern, as one client felt that the appraiser was not personable and appeared unenthusiastic during the appraisal process. The client also felt that the appraisal came in significantly lower than expected, and that the comparable properties used were outdated. The client specifically mentioned that the appraiser relied on Zillow for their research, and failed to adequately find comparable properties. This raises concerns about the thoroughness and professionalism of the service. The company's website is available, but there is limited information about their services and policies. One of the main issues with S & R Appraisals Inc is the lack of attention to detail in their appraisal process. It seems that the appraiser may not be putting in the necessary effort to find accurate and up-to-date comparable properties, which can have significant consequences for clients who are relying on the appraisal for financial decisions. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail is a major red flag for potential clients.
