I visited the Ryder UK location at Building 4015, N 40th St Street, Tampa City, and had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with the quality of the service. The pricing was reasonable, but I did notice that some of the trucks were not thoroughly checked before being rented out. I did not have any issues with innovativeness as it was not a factor in my experience. However, I did notice that the staff were not very organized, and it took a while to get the services I needed. The location has a good reputation, but there is room for improvement in terms of quality control. Overall, I would give this location 4 out of 5 stars.
