We visited this financial consultant, located in a high-rise building downtown, expecting professional advice on retirement planning. Unfortunately, the initial meeting did not meet our expectations, as we were left waiting for follow-up without any engagement. While the office itself is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp entrance, wheelchair-accessible parking, and a restroom, it seems to be primarily designed for large corporate clients. The lack of personal touch and unclear communication makes us wonder if this business is more suited to handling high-net-worth clients. Unfortunately, it seems like they may not be as committed to helping small clients like ourselves. One issue that stood out was the lack of follow-up after the initial meeting, which left us feeling uncertain and unsatisfied with the service provided.
