Ryan Homes is a reliable home builder with a strong reputation. They offer a wide range of new homes for sale, with options to suit various budgets and preferences. The company's website provides an easy-to-use interface for searching homes by price, community, and location. The staff at Ryan Homes, including project managers like Brett B, Chris Y, and Jose H, and customer service representatives like Connor, Hunter Barnett, and other unnamed team members, are known for their professionalism, attentiveness, and care for their customers. They provide regular updates and guidance throughout the home-building process, making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. One notable issue is the long hours that some customers have reported having to wait for responses or resolutions to issues, which can be frustrating. However, the company's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in the way they address concerns and make amends when necessary. The working hours at the Lutz City location are Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm, with a slightly shorter schedule on Sundays. It's worth noting that Ryan Homes has received consistently high ratings from customers, with an average rating of 4.8. This suggests that the company is doing many things right, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is a key factor in their success.
