This location seems to be a great choice for those looking for a new home. The real estate developer, Ryan Homes, offers a range of options for sale, including quick move-ins available near you. The homes are described as new and of high quality, with attention to detail and a focus on custom features. However, some may find the prices to be a bit steep. One notable issue is the lack of transparency in pricing, which may be a turn-off for some potential buyers. Despite this, the staff, including Carmen, seem to be professional and informative, providing a good experience for those who visit. The location is described as a large and clean community, which is a plus.
