This location is a great choice for anyone looking to buy a new home. With a wide range of floor plans and communities to choose from, Ryan Homes at Cypress Preserve Villas has something for everyone. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, with Jeanne being a standout for her expertise and professionalism.
The location itself is well-designed, with a community park that is perfect for families. The homes are of high quality, with modern features like tray ceilings and outdoor covered and screened lanai. While the pricing may not be the lowest, it's definitely worth it for the quality and value you get.
One area for improvement is in the communication and pricing process. Some customers have reported confusion and frustration with the changing prices and waitlists. However, it's worth noting that this was a one-time issue and the company has taken steps to address it.
Overall, Ryan Homes at Cypress Preserve Villas is a great choice for anyone looking for a new home. With its high-quality homes, helpful staff, and peaceful community, it's a great place to call home.
