This Ryan Homes location in Odessa City is a wonderful place to find your new home. The staff is very welcoming and professional, with sales representatives like Heather, Kelsie, and Mona who are knowledgeable and responsive to all your needs. They make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process of buying or building a home. The location is great, close to the city of Tampa and near the beach, making it a perfect spot for those who love the coastal lifestyle. However, some customers have mentioned that the pricing could be a bit higher compared to other options in the area. While Ryan Homes has a strong reputation as a home builder, some areas could use a bit of innovation, but overall, they deliver quality homes that meet the needs of their customers. The team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making the process of finding and buying a home a smooth one.One issue is that some customers might find the prices a bit steep for what they offer. However, this is just a minor concern and does not take away from the overall great experience of working with Ryan Homes.
