The location on Beechwood Ave in Lake Wales City is a reliable and efficient RV repair shop. They have a wide range of services, including appliance repair and RV maintenance, which cater to the needs of various RV owners. The shop's mobile service allows for convenient on-site repairs, saving customers time and effort. The staff, particularly Pete and Carolyn, are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They are known for their excellent customer service, prompt communication, and fair pricing. Many customers appreciate their willingness to help and provide guidance on RV maintenance and repairs. The only notable issue is a rare occurrence of overcharging, as highlighted in one of the negative reviews. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, and the shop has made efforts to address the customer's concerns. Overall, the shop's strengths outweigh its weaknesses, making it a trustworthy choice for RV owners in the area. The combination of quality service, competitive pricing, and innovativeness in their mobile repair services has earned them a strong reputation in the community.
