This business location appears to be a well-run and customer-focused camper rental agency. The employees, Terry and Jacky, are praised for their exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for their clients. The campers are consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.Renters appreciate the flexibility and ease of the rental process, with some clients having to adjust their plans due to unforeseen circumstances, and the owners accommodating their needs. The campers are said to be perfect for families and beginners, with many clients recommending the agency to their friends and family. The business has a strong reputation, with most clients providing excellent reviews and stating that they would rent from them again. Some clients even mention that they have been renting from J&T Camper Rentals for years and have always had a great experience. One issue that stands out is that a client had a bad experience due to circumstances beyond the control of the business, but this seems to be an isolated incident.Overall, J&T Camper Rentals appears to be a reliable and customer-focused business that prioritizes providing a pleasant experience for its clients.
