This location is a reliable option for shipping and mailing services, offering a convenient and user-friendly experience for customers. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, with many clients praising their helpfulness and professionalism. However, some issues with package delivery have been reported, with a few clients experiencing delays and lost or damaged items. The location's working hours are reasonable, with consistent operating times from Monday to Friday. However, it's essential to note that the location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which may not be ideal for customers who need to ship packages on these days. One major issue that has been reported is the lack of responsiveness from the location's management when issues arise. Some clients have expressed frustration with the location's unwillingness to take responsibility for lost or damaged packages, which has led to negative reviews and a loss of trust in the business.Despite these issues, the location has a generally good reputation and is a popular choice for customers in the area. With some improvements to their customer service and issue-resolution processes, this location could become an even more reliable and trustworthy option for shipping and mailing services. Some clients have praised the location's prices, finding them to be competitive and reasonable for the services offered. Others have noted that the location's selection of shipping options and services is comprehensive and convenient.Overall, this location is a solid choice for customers who need shipping and mailing services, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues and to carefully review their policies and procedures before using their services.
