The location has a great overall score, which shows a balance between quality and pricing. However, the quality of services could be improved, as it seems to be a bit low compared to the high pricing. The medical services and laboratories are located in a beautiful area, and the biotechnology company is a part of a well-known ranch, which is a great combination. The building is easily accessible, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The location is also proud to be veteran-owned, which is a great attribute. The services offered are diverse, and the hotel and rental properties are available for guests. However, I did notice that the facility could use some renovation, which might impact the overall quality. It's worth noting that this location is part of the RSM Ranch, which has its own set of benefits and services.Overall, it's a great place for those who are looking for a unique combination of medical services, biotechnology, and hospitality.
