I've visited this business located on Cagan Crossings Blvd Boulevard in Clermont City. From the outside, the place looks well-maintained with a wheelchair accessible parking lot. The team here seems to have a strong focus on landscape design and architecture, offering services that cater to individuals and communities. The communication with this company has been mixed. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but one client had a very poor experience, stating that they received no response, not even a text message. However, the other clients had positive interactions, praising the team's responsiveness, quality of work, and professionalism. They also appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail, which seems to be a significant strength of this business. One of the clients mentioned that the rates were reasonable, which is reflected in the high pricing score. It's clear that RPM Highlands is committed to delivering quality services at a fair price. The business seems to be wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for people with mobility issues. Unfortunately, I couldn't find much information about their innovativeness or any new services they might be offering.Overall, this business has both strengths and weaknesses. While they have a strong focus on quality and pricing, their communication and innovativeness could be improved.
