The overall impression of this business is quite good. Clients appreciate the high quality of service, with many praising the company's professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. The prices are also considered fair, with several clients mentioning that they have been able to save money by choosing RPG over other companies. However, some clients have noted that the company's responsiveness has been inconsistent at times, with a few clients experiencing delays in scheduling appointments. Despite some minor issues, the company has a reputation for going above and beyond to meet clients' needs, with several clients praising their exceptional customer service. The company's ability to innovate and adapt to new situations is also notable, with some clients appreciating the company's willingness to try new approaches to solve problems. One issue that is worth mentioning is that there have been some changes in service quality over time, with one client experiencing a decline in service after several years of satisfactory service. This suggests that the company may need to be more consistent in their quality of service over time.Overall, RPG is a well-regarded business with a strong reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
