The experience at Royal Motors North is consistently positive, with many customers raving about the quality of work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service. The team, led by Robi and his family, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers' vehicles. They are knowledgeable and transparent about the repairs needed, which helps build trust with their clients. Many reviewers have noted that Royal Motors North is a family-owned business, which adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Some reviewers have mentioned that the shop is LGBTQ+ friendly, and the team is accommodating and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area and loaner cars available. The staff is knowledgeable about various car makes and models, particularly European vehicles. However, one reviewer had a negative experience, citing issues with the owner's behavior and dishonesty. This reviewer mentioned that the owner, Robi, was rude and unprofessional, which is not consistent with the overall tone of the reviews.Overall, Royal Motors North seems to be a reliable and trustworthy option for car repairs, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality work.
