The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere for students and parents. The school's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a consistent schedule that allows students to establish a routine. The lack of availability on Saturday and Sunday may limit opportunities for extracurricular activities or weekend programs.Roots Academy is a part of the Roots Nature & Leadership Academy network, suggesting a focus on holistic education that combines academic learning with personal growth and development. However, more information is needed to fully understand the school's approach to education. The school's website is available online and provides a basic overview of the school's mission, values, and programs. However, the website could be more informative, with more details about the school's curriculum, teaching methods, and student achievements. The co-branding with Roots Nature & Leadership Academy may indicate a commitment to outdoor education and environmental awareness, which could be a unique aspect of the school's programming.Overall, Roots Academy in Sarasota City appears to be a solid choice for parents looking for a private primary school with a supportive environment and a focus on student well-being. However, more information is needed to fully understand the school's strengths and weaknesses.
