This review is for Rooter Ranger, a 24/7 plumber and drain cleaning company located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The business has received high praise from customers for its prompt and professional service. Many customers have reported that the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that their plumbing issues were resolved. The company's customer service team was also commended for being responsive and helpful. One customer mentioned that they were pleased with the affordable pricing, with one reviewer noting that the cost was "reasonable" and another reviewer stating that the price was "great". The company's technicians were also praised for their efficiency, with several customers noting that they were able to resolve their issues quickly. However, there were some negative reviews, with one customer reporting a poor experience with a technician who allegedly tried to take advantage of them. Another customer complained about a manager who was disrespectful to them. Overall, Rooter Ranger appears to be a reputable company with a strong reputation for providing quality service to its customers. However, as with any business, there may be some room for improvement. One issue that was reported by several customers was the high pressure sales tactics used by some technicians. Several customers felt that they were being pressured into purchasing unnecessary services or repairs, which can be a major issue for customers who are already stressed out by a plumbing emergency. It's worth noting that the company has a 4.7-star rating on third-party review platforms, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction. However, as with any business, it's essential to do your own research and read multiple reviews before making a decision.
