Clients have appreciated their help in navigating the insurance process and ensuring that their roofs are properly covered. However, one area where the company could improve is in providing a more detailed and transparent explanation of their pricing and services. While clients have generally reported that their prices are reasonable, some have expressed frustration with the lack of clear communication about what is included in their estimates and the costs associated with different services. The company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in their follow-up services and warranty offerings.
