The staff is amazing, with hearts of gold, and the volunteers are kind and caring. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and super kid-friendly, with a brightly colored playroom, a large playground outside, a videogame room, and daily activities for the kids to participate in. The staff and volunteers will help you with anything they can, and they work hard to make sure you have everything you need.The house is conveniently located one block away from the hospital, making it easy and safe to walk back and forth, even in the middle of the night. The volunteers and staff are sincere and extremely generous, caring, and helpful. They are a blessing to families in need, and their hospitality is unparalleled.However, some families have experienced difficulties with the administration, including uncertainty about whether they will have a place to stay, and being asked to leave without sufficient notice. The house is wheelchair accessible, and the staff is helpful and kind.
