It appears that Florida Pest Pros, formerly known as Ron Shuster Pest Control, is a reliable and trustworthy pest control service. The majority of customers praise their professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality. Many customers have been satisfied with the quality of service, with some going so far as to say they haven't seen any bugs since their treatment. The company also seems to care about its customers, with some reports of them offering help and support during times of need. However, some customers have had issues with the company's new direction and changes in their service. A few customers have reported problems with the company's billing and customer service, with one customer even stating they were charged for services they had already paid for. There is also a report of a customer's lawn being killed by the company's application, which was later disputed by the company.Despite these issues, the overall score of 4.2 suggests that Florida Pest Pros is still a good choice for pest control services. However, potential customers should be aware of the potential issues and do their own research before making a decision.
