It is disappointing to visit a business with such a low overall rating. The business is located in a well-known area, Building 4250, Clubhouse Rd Road, Lakeland City, which is a good start. However, the quality of service is a major concern, with multiple clients expressing dissatisfaction. The price, however, seems to be competitive, with one client mentioning a quote of $12,000 for a job.One of the main issues is the company's lack of follow-through on its commitments. A client paid $2,000 for a job that was never completed, and the company failed to provide a refund. Another client was quoted a higher price for the same job after the initial materials were delivered. The lack of communication and transparency is a major red flag. The business has a co-branding partnership with Rodney Weeks Construction, but it does not seem to be making a positive impact on the company's reputation. The company's behavior has been described as "cheats" by one client, and another client is in the process of filing a lawsuit.Overall, it's best to exercise caution when considering this business for any construction or roofing needs. It's essential to thoroughly research and vet the company before making a decision.
