The maintenance team is also very efficient, with most requests being completed within 24 hours.The community is quiet and peaceful, with a sense of safety and security. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and other amenities. However, some residents have mentioned that the noise level can be a concern, particularly from upper-floor apartments.One major issue that has been raised by some residents is the thin walls, which can make it difficult to block out noise from neighboring apartments.
