I visited Rocket Pest Control in Palm Harbor City, and my overall experience was decent. While the quality of service was somewhat inconsistent, the pricing was reasonable, and the innovativeness of their approach was notable. One major issue that stood out was the customer service, which seemed to be a hit-or-miss affair. In some cases, the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, but in others, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The scheduling process was also somewhat frustrating, with multiple instances of no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Overall, I would say that Rocket Pest Control has potential, but they need to work on their customer service and communication to truly deliver on their promises. Despite this, I would still recommend them to those in need of pest control services in the area.
