Unfortunately, the experience at this medical location was not as expected. The facilities seem to be wheelchair accessible, which is a positive aspect. However, the staff appears to be inflexible and unaccommodating to patients' needs. The lengthy waiting times and cancellation of appointments without notice have been a major concern for some visitors. It's also worth noting that the practice seems to have a limited approach to treating certain conditions, such as fibromyalgia. The lab facilities are also reported to be inadequate, with not enough chairs and technicians. On the other hand, there have been positive reviews of the rheumatologist, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the norm. The management's responses to patient concerns appear to be generic and do not address the underlying issues.
