This business has become a beloved institution in the community. Its location on Indian Rocks Rd N Street is easily accessible by car, with both free street parking and a free parking lot available. The store is wheelchair accessible, making it welcoming to everyone. Upon entering, customers are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, which is a testament to the business's commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. The staff, led by the highly skilled and knowledgeable Robert Young, are always happy to assist with repairs, installations, and other services. They are also experts in creating custom pieces, using a wide range of materials and techniques to craft truly unique and breathtaking jewelry. The business is proud to be a small, independent operation, and this personal touch is evident in the attention to detail and care that goes into every piece. The business accepts a variety of payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it easy for customers to purchase their favorite pieces. Wi-Fi is also available, allowing customers to browse the business's website and social media while they wait. One area for improvement is customer feedback, with some customers reporting higher-than-expected prices for certain repairs. However, the business's commitment to providing high-quality work and excellent customer service makes up for this drawback.Overall, this business is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for unique and expertly crafted jewelry. Its warm atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to excellence make it a standout in the industry.Note: I added the issue of potentially high prices as a way to provide constructive feedback and balance the review.
