This condominium complex has its strengths and weaknesses. On the positive side, it's located in a prime downtown area, with easy access to amenities. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The building itself is well-maintained, with a clean and beautiful appearance. Private parking is a nice touch. However, there are some issues that detract from the overall experience. Equipment often breaks or is out of service, with long waits for repairs. The pool has been closed for an extended period, and one of the elevators is frequently non-functional. Security gates have also been out of order at times. It's a shame that these issues haven't been fully addressed, as it could make a big difference in the quality of life for residents. On the bright side, the management company is attentive to residents' needs, as evidenced by helpful concierge services. Overall, while there's room for improvement, this complex has some redeeming qualities.
