The Riviera Finance location in Clearwater City is a mixed experience. While the business has received praise for its customer service and ability to help businesses with their cash flow, some clients have reported issues with communication and transparency. The company's invoice factoring services have been described as seamless and efficient, with many clients appreciating the quick turnaround times. However, one client experienced difficulties with the setup process and reported uncooperative staff. The business's overall rating is 4.2 out of 5, indicating a generally positive experience but with some room for improvement. One major issue that was brought to attention is the lack of transparency and clear communication, particularly during the setup process. The business operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-site parking and wheelchair-accessible facilities. The staff is described as knowledgeable and accommodating, with some clients expressing gratitude for their assistance. However, there are reports of unprofessional behavior from some staff members.Overall, the Riviera Finance location in Clearwater City is a good option for businesses seeking invoice factoring services, but clients should be aware of the potential for issues with communication and transparency.
