This location is a peaceful and quaint development, surrounded by a walking trail along the Cotee River. The homes are energy-efficient and have a safe design. The outside areas, including a pool and hot tub, are well-maintained by the HOA. The builder and office staff are wonderful to work with. However, some of the townhouses may have an imperfect fit and finish, but at a reasonable price. The community is clean and has plenty to see. It's a great place to live, especially for those who want a peaceful area with river access. One thing to note is that the hours of operation may be limited, especially on Mondays.
