This storage facility offers a great overall experience with top-notch quality services. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with Ron being particularly commendable for his kind and accommodating nature. The facility is well-maintained, with security cameras in place to ensure the safety of stored vehicles and boats. The pricing is very competitive, with customers praising the affordable rates. However, one customer mentioned that the rates are a little more expensive than some other options on Neighbor, which is worth noting. The facility is located in a convenient spot, with easy access to the storage lot. The on-site parking is a nice feature, allowing customers to easily turn around and park their RVs and boats. The tree-shaded and unshaded spots provide a pleasant environment for storage. While the facility does not have any major issues, one customer did mention that they would have liked a discount or promotion, which was later addressed by the owner who offered a 50% off first month with 2 or more months rental.Overall, this storage facility is a great option for those looking for secure, convenient, and affordable storage.
