I walked into this housing complex on Shingle Creek Street and was immediately impressed by the beautiful homes. Each one has its own unique charm, with many featuring small lakes that can be seen from the living and dining room areas, offering a great view of the waterfowl. The complex is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to navigate. However, some of the homes may feel a bit outdated in terms of their interior design. The community is growing very quickly, and it's great to see new developments taking place. Overall, it's a lovely place to call home, with plenty of natural beauty to surround you. But, I was a bit surprised to find that the homes lack some modern amenities. Despite this, the community's amenities and services make up for it, with a strong sense of community and a beautiful park. One thing that could be improved is the variety of available home styles, which may not cater to every taste. But, the complex's location in Lakeland City is convenient and accessible. Overall, I think this complex has a lot to offer, but it could use some updates to make it feel more contemporary.
