This location is a solid choice for construction and development needs, but it falls short in some areas. The working hours are standard, with no evening or weekend availability, which might limit accessibility for some customers. The online estimates feature is a convenient option for those who want to get a sense of costs without having to visit the location in person. River Rock Landscaping LLC is the co-brand associated with this business, which suggests a level of partnership and potentially shared expertise. However, there are some concerns. Several customers have reported difficulties reaching the business by phone, with no clear explanation provided for this issue. This is problematic, especially considering the relatively high rating of 4.0. It is worth noting that this issue was mentioned in multiple reviews, which makes it more reliable. The services offered by this location include landscaping design, which suggests a focus on creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. However, the quality of the work varies, with some customers praising the professionalism and attention to detail while others have been less satisfied. One major plus is the pricing, which seems to be competitive and reasonable. However, it is essential to keep in mind that prices can fluctuate depending on various factors, including the scope of the project and materials used.In terms of innovativeness, this location seems to be keeping up with modern trends and customer needs, with features like online estimates and a co-brand partnership.Overall, while this location has its strengths, it is essential to be aware of the potential issues, particularly with phone accessibility.
