Medallion Home is a premier Sarasota home builder with a reputation for custom, luxury homes in Central & Southwest Florida. They claim to have expert craftsmanship that compliments your lifestyle. The accessibility features of the building are a plus, with wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. However, there is a concern about the build quality. One of the clients had a terrible experience, reporting poor build quality and numerous issues within the first year of owning the property. They spent a significant amount of money, over a million dollars, but were left with an unfinished community and unexpected features like cows in their backyard. This raises questions about the builders' ability to deliver on their promises. The working hours of the business are standard and convenient, operating from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 11 am to 6 pm on Sundays. The location is also easily accessible. The prices of the homes may be on the higher side, but it seems that it's worth the investment for some clients. Unfortunately, there is no information available on the innovative features or practices that Medallion Home might have.
