This condominium complex is a great place to call home, with a fantastic view of the river. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the Condo Manager who is proactive in addressing any issues. The amenities such as the swimming pool and basketball court are a great bonus. The complex is also wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus.However, there have been some issues with the office staff being rude and nasty, which is a significant drawback. It's a shame that this has been a problem for some residents.The complex is well-maintained and has a great location near the Riverwalk and downtown. The price is reasonable considering the amenities and location. There is a good balance of old and new residents, which creates a nice community atmosphere.Overall, River Dance Condominium is a great place to live, but the office staff needs to improve their customer service skills to make it an even better experience for residents.
