This parking location has its advantages and disadvantages. One of the major perks is its location, situated directly across from Ringling College, making it an ideal spot for students and visitors. The parking area itself is well-maintained, with ample space for vehicles. However, the quality of the facilities, including the restroom, falls a bit short. It's wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature.
